Dr. Kathryn Davis Dentist Grand Parkway Smiles

We are please to welcome Dr. Kathryn Davis to Grand Parkway Smiles. Dr. Kathryn Davis earned her doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, where she was very active in the student branch of the American Dental Association. Through her time served on the pre-dental committee, Dr. Davis grew a passion for organized dentistry and working with colleagues on how best to treat patients and collaborate with dental and medical specialties. Dr. Davis was able to serve the community of Houston and and abroad in Choluteca, Honduras throughout dental school and continues to do so in private practice.

She completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry. It was at Baylor that Dr. Davis’s passion for serving the community was ignited. Her first mission trip was a dental and medical mission trip to Costa Rica and Nicaragua where she was able to bring medicine, hygiene supplies, and relief from oral pain to those in need. That trip gave Dr. Davis the desire to educate on health and nutrition to all who seek it. Since then, Dr. Davis has volunteered with Texas Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile, and United with the Same Love to continue serving the community.

Continuing education is also a priority for Dr. Davis. She believes that we should continuously learn and grow in our profession in order to take excellent care of our patients. Connecting with people is her favorite thing about dentistry. Dr. Davis believes it is an honor to treat her patients, and does so with love and intention. She is active in Spear Education study club, which allows her to learn and collaborate with fellow dentists and specialists. She is a certified Invisalign provider and loves to watch patient’s lives and smiles improve through treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Davis loves to spend time with family and friends. Her husband Michael and her love the outdoors. You can usually find them outside with their dog Finley, travelling, or eating Mexican food.
